People usually can do great work, but they get blocked by things along the way. The goal of our team building program is to foster openness, creativity and good decision-making among team members. When each of us shows tolerance of others' viewpoints, it opens up appreciation of the world around us, imagination and creativity.
We can start with individuals in one-to-one sessions and move on to small groups and large groups or start with groups and work from there. Ideally, we can work with team members over a span of time so we can track change and progress.
